The timepiece features 4 horological complications: the Hour Regulator, the Tourbillon, the Trust Index, and the Power Reserve. The new Bell & Ross BR01 Instrument Tourbillon watch is animated by a manual winding movement which demonstrates carbon fiber main-plates and bridges and a tourbillon carriage manufactured from precious black gold. The mechanism ensures optimal timekeeping accuracy, and, due to a special complication – the Trust Index the timepiece's owner is informed of the movement's accuracy.

The timepiece features a sporty black dial fitted with four counters, highlighted in contrasting colors, which moreover, describe a cross: the hours counter located at 12 o'clock position, a 120-hours power reserve indicator at 9 o'clock, the Trust Index placed at 3 o'clock, and, located in a wide dial-aperture at 6 o'clock, there is the fascinating Tourbillon complication. The watch ensures optimal time-legibility due to hour hands and hour markers fitted with white luminescent coating.
